6 oz. chocolate ships
6 oz. butterscotch chips
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
3 T. butter
1 cup chopped nuts
3 tsp. vanilla
1 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
2-1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 cups oatmeal

Melt chips, milk, 3 T. butter in double boiler. Add 3/4 cup nuts and 2 tsp vanilla. Set aside. Cream butter, brown sugar, eggs and 1 tsp vanilla. Set aside. Combine flour, baking soda, salt, oatmeal and 1/4 c. nuts. Combine flour mixture and cream mixture. Spread 2/3 dough in 10x15 inch greased pan. Pour fudge mixture over dough. Sprinkle remaining dough over top of fudge. Bake 350º for 20-25 minutes.
