2 c diced carrots
2 c niblet corn
1 cup diced onions
2 cloves garlic
1 kg extra lean ground beef (cooks to about 5 c)
1 beef stock bouillon concentrate package (Knorr)
260 g (9 oz) instant mashed potatoes (should make about 6 c)
Milk powder to make 2 c milk for the potatoes
Salt & pepper to taste

Steam diced carrots and dehydrate
Dehydrate the corn niblets
Fry onions and garlic in a bit oil until transparent, dehydrate
Fry ground beef, rinse excess fat off with boiling water, dehydrate

Reconstitute carrots and corn with hot water
Mix the onions, garlic, beef and reconstitute with hot water and the bouillon package
Make mashed potatoes according to recipe on the box

Place carrots & corn on top of meat in a Dutch oven
Top with mashed potatoes
Cook in the Dutch oven until brown on top
