1 cup water
3 tbsp. olive oil
1½ tsp. sugar
1½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. Italian seasoning
2 tsp. fresh rosemary
2½ cups flour
1½ tsp. active dry yeast
rosemary and sea salt for the top

Directions:

Last stage is to bake it in the oven.

Place ingredients in the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select Dough cycle and Start. When done, plop dough onto cookie sheet in a round shape with the bread machine hole on the bottom. Brush top of bread with olive oil and sprinkle with rosemary and sea salt. Bake at 375º for 35-40 minutes.
