1 yellow cake mix
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 c. water
1/3 c oil
3 eggs
½ tsp. salt


Filling:
5T. flour
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
½ c. margarine
½ c. Crisco
2 T. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix, pudding, water, oil, eggs and salt. Pour onto waxed paper lined 9x13 pan. Bake 350 for 35-40 minutes. Cool. Remove from pan and slice lengthwise with a thread. Spread filling between layers and sprinkle cake with powdered sugar.
Filling:
Combine flour & water. Cook until thick. Cool in refrigerator. Combine sugar, margarine, Crisco and vanilla. Beat until thick & fluffy. Add to cooled flour and water mixture. May use chocolate cake & pudding. May use jelly roll pan instead.
