15 lbs. cut rhubarb
7 ½ lbs. sugar
3 gal. water
18 tsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Let this work 10-12 days. Stir daily then strain rhubarb and add 71/2 lbs. sugar and 2 cans black raspberries. Stir every day for 10-12 days. Strain. Bottle, but leave lids loose. After 3-4 days it can be sealed.
