2 pork tenderloin (2 lbs) cut in medallions
1 to 2 tsp olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 c raisins
1/2 c slivered almonds
1 c wine or sherry
1/2 c brandy
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet heat oil and brown pork medallions and cook for 2 or 3 minutes on each side. Salt and pepper to taste. Set aside. Saute onions and garlic, stir in raisins, almonds, wine and brandy. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes.

Serve over cooked egg noodles.
