1/2 c. butter soft
1/2 c. extra crunchy peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
11/4 c. flour sifted
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt
TOPPING:
1tsp. sugar
1tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Cream together butter, peanut butter, white and brown sugar, egg and vanilla unitl soft and well mixed. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together. Mix with other ingredients. Chill for at least 1 hour. Roll dough into walnut sized balls and dip in cinn/sugar mixture. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Flatten with fork and bake 10-12 min.
