1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
8 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Fingers, Flattened
2 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp of Lite Butter
1/3 Cup of Hoisin Sauce
1/3 Cup of Orange Juice
1 (11 ounce) Can of Mandarin Oranges, Drained
1 Tbsp Chopped Green Onions
1/4 Cup Chopped Cashews

Directions:
Directions:
Place flour in a small bowl. Dredge chicken in the flour to lightly coat. Heat olive oil and butter in a medium skillet over medium heat and saute chicken breast. Set aside and keep warm. Stir in hoisin sauce and orange juice, green onions, and cashews. Return chicken to skillet. Continue cooking until all ingredients are heated through.
