5 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup milk
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 cup salmon, broken up
2 1/2 slices bread cubed
2 cups mushrooms, chopped
1 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1 tbsp. onion powder
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine eggs, milk and soup; stir in remaining ingredients.

Pour into a greased 11X8" baking dish. Bake at 350ºF for 50 minutes or until set. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
