1. Crust:
1/4 C graham cracker crumbs
1/2 C butter melted
1/4 C sugar

2. Topping:
1 C flour
3/4 C quick oats
1/4 C brown sugar
1/2 C butter, melted

3. Filling:
1 8 Oz pkg cream cheese
1 14 Oz sweetened condensed milk
1 12 Oz container Cool Whip thawed
1 12 Oz jar caramel

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º. Mix crust ingredients and press into spring form pan. Bake 6 minutes until set. Cool completely.
2. Preheat oven to 400º. Combine topping mixture and mix well. Lightly pat onto a baking sheet. Bake 10-15 minutes. Crumble while still hot. Cool completely.
3. Beat cream cheese until smooth, beat in condensed milk and fold in whipped topping.

Spread 1/2 of cheese mixture over crust. Sprinkle half of oat crumbs over cheese mixture and spread half of the caramel over that. Repeat. Freeze until firm. Serve cold.
