Ingredients:  
1 chuck, shoulder, rump, or cross rib roast - size depends on need
Carrots, onion, potatoes - to taste and dependent on size of meat
Oil - to coat pan and brown meat
White horseradish
Flour, pepper, salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in pot to be used to cook
Mix flour, pepper, and salt then dust meat with mixture
Brown meat on all sides
Remove meat and brown onion- once soft add meat, carrots, potatoes
Cover with water and place horseradish on top of roast
Cook on low 3-4 hours covered
