1 large can of tomatoes
2 pounds stew beef/chuck - cut into pieces
1 large onion
1 bay leaf
1 clove chopped garlic
3 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp paprika
salt/pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan:
Heat oil and brown meat
Add onions, bay leaf, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper
Saute until onions are soft and slightly browned
Add tomatoes, cover, and cook on low for about an hour
If tomatoes begin sticking add water
Cook noodles, drain, and mix into meat
