Lasagna noodles
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1 Tbsp. instant onion flakes
garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme
12 oz. cottage cheese (rinse and drain)
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli (thaw and drain)
1 jar mushrooms, sliced (drained)
1 pkg. swiss cheese
1 pkg. Italian cheese mix
cubed ham (I use about 2-3 cups)
2-1/2 cups milk
2 tsp. instant chicken boullion

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook noodles, drain.
2. In separate saucepan, melt butter, add flour.
3. Gradually add milk, then bouillon.
4. Cook until thickened, add onion, garlic to taste, thyme and pepper.
5. Stir in cottage cheese, broccoli and mushrooms.
6. In 9x13 pan, layer noodles, sauce, ham and cheeses until all ingredients are used.
7. Bake at 350º until heated thoroughly.
