4-5 chicken breasts
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can chicken broth
1 can water
3 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes, undrained
3 cans White Northern beans, undrained
8 oz. Monterrey Jack cheese, shredded
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook chicken in skillet with onion, salt, pepper, chicken broth and water.
2. Remove cooked chicken and dice.
3. Put chicken and broth from skillet into a crock pot.
4. Add tomatoes and beans.
5. Heat until hot.
6. Add cheese and serve over crushed tortilla chips.
