3/4 c. chili sauce or tomatoe sauce
1/2 c. worstershire sauce
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 c. catsup
1 tsp. dried mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. unsalted butter
1/4 c. pancake syrup
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Bring all ingredients to a boil in a saucepan stirring constantly. Boil for 5 minutes and keep stirring. Remove from heat and cool. Store in jar and refrigerate unitl ready to use.
