1/2 stick butter or margarine
3 stalks celery, chopped w/leaves
2 cans chicken broth
2 oz. grated cheddar cheddar cheese
Tabasco
8 oz. sour cream
3 chopped green onions
2 grated carrots
3 cans cream of potato soup
parsley flakes
salt & pepper
3 tbsp. dry sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter over low heat and sauté onions, celery and carrots. Add chicken broth, cover and simmer 30 minutes. Add potato soup, cheese, parsley, Tabasco, salt and pepper. Stir in sour cream and sherry and simmer 15 minutes.
