1 ˝ lb. (or so) ground beef
1 medium onion chopped
3 can tomatoes chopped with liquid (I prefer Italian seasoned)
1 can tomato paste
1 pinch (or so) red pepper
3 tbsp. (or so) brown sugar
1 cup (or so) frozen corn
1 can dark red kidney bean rinsed and drained
1 lb. Elbow noodles cook as directed

(in my house it’s always… or so)

Boil the noodles as directed on pkg.

While the water is boiling and the noodles are cooking, brown the ground beef and drain any drippings. Whip the tomatoes through the food processor to break up the large chunks of tomato. Add all other ingredients and bring to a soft boil. When noodles are finished cooking, drain and rinse in cold water. Add to the meat sauce and mix together. Simmer for just a short time.
