1¼ cups flour – sifted
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 tablespoons sugar
½ teaspoon salt
1½ cups milk
1 egg
2-3 tablespoons melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine milk and egg. Melt butter. Make a well in the dry ingredients. Add all the liquid and the butter. Stir until mixed. Do not over mix. Add enough milk so that consistency will coat the back of a ladle. Cook mixture in fry pan making into crepes.

Serve with freshly squeezed lemon juice and sugar. Roll up. May also add any type of fruit, cinnamon, and or sugar. May also be filled with savoury fillings such as ham and asparagus.
