1 king size cake of chocolate (170 grams dark chocolate)
300 mls whipping cream
2 eggs, separated

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream and egg yolks till almost stiff.

Melt chocolate and when cool, beat into cream mixture. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into chocolate mixture. Refrigerate until set.
