4 egg yolks
2 tablespoons lard
1 cup honey
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups flour

Directions:
With mixer, mix together first four ingredients. Stir together remaining ingredients and add by hand to beaten mixture. Roll into small balls and bake at 350° on parchment lined baking sheets.
