4 eggs
2 cups milk
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon sugar

Beat ingredients together. Add more milk if needed to make a thin smooth batter. Heat frying pan with oil. Fry crepes using about ¼ cup batter. Flip, remove and stack on a plate. May be filled with jam and cottage cheese, or sugar and cinnamon.

Cottage cheese filling – 1 container cottage cheese, 3 tablespoons sugar, dash of cinnamon. Add egg. Spread plum jam over crepes. Then add cottage cheese mixture. Roll up. Place into 13 x 9 greased pan.

Sweet cream – mix ½ cup half and half with 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 tablespoon oil. Heat until warm. Pour over palacsinta and bake for about 30 minutes.
