1 cup butter
1 cup ground walnuts
1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
Pinch salt
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter. Add egg and continue to beat. Add other ingredients and mix together. Grease sandbakkel tins with melted butter. Pat dough into the greased sandbakkel molds, taking care not to make too thick along the sides. Prick bottom with fork. Bake at 350º for about 12 minutes or until lightly browned on the edges. Let cool for 5 minutes and then tap out of tins onto a cooling rack.
