1 cup beef bouillon, prepared
2 pounds lean ground beef, turkey or chicken
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 large onion, diced
3 to 4 tablespoons taco seasoning
2 - 28 oz can diced tomatoes
2 bell peppers
4 cups diced squash
1 - 14 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 - 14 oz can kidney beans, drained and rinsed

Directions:
Directions:
Bring beef bouillon to a boil. Add beef, celery, onion and taco seasoning. Simmer for 6 to 8 minutes until meat is cooked through. Stir in the tomatoes, peppers, squash and beans. Bring back to a boil, then cover and simmer stirring often for about an hour or more, until squash and peppers are tender. Spoon into bowls and serve with your favourite chili toppings. Alternatively, you may cook all day in a slow cooker
