Ingredients:

Whisk together:
1 2/3 C. all purpose flour
5 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Stir in:
1 C. golden raisins
2 tsp. caraway seeds
In a separate bowl, whisk together;
1 large egg
1 C. buttermilk
4 Tbsp. warm, melted unsalted butter
Stir this mixture to the flour mixture. Stir until the dry ingredients are moistened.

Bake in a large greased loaf pan for 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Check at 45 minutes. Makes 1 loaf.
