6 lbs ham, bone in, rind on
½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
3 tsp condensed frozen orange juice
whole cloves
pineapple chunks
maraschino cherries, halved

Directions:
With sharp knife, score rind in triangular pattern about ¼ inch deep. Place ham in roaster, cover. Bake in 350ºF (180ºC) oven for 2 hours. Remove from oven and cut rind off ham. Increase temperature to 400ºF (230ºC).
Push a whole clove into each triangle. Place pineapple chunks and cherry halves here and there over ham; secure with toothpicks. Combine sugar and mustard. Add orange juice and mix to a paste. Brush over surface of ham.
Bake uncovered about 15 minutes to glaze. At about half time, spoon drippings over surface again.

Note: This recipe uses a ready-to-serve ham. Internal temperature should read 140ºF (60ºC) when done. Other hams should reach an internal temperature of 160ºF (70ºC).
