Peppermint oil. - Smell it to purify and stimulate the mind. It improves mental capacity. If you are a student and are writing an exam, inhale it a few times and it helps clear thought process.

Ylang Ylang - Witch hazel oil and water in a spray bottle. Spritz it on your skin to relax the nervous system and muscles. You can do this as often as you like.

Stress - To take away stress, chew something crunchy. Example: no salt natural almonds, carrot sticks, celery sticks or apples.
