8 oz (225 g) uncooked corkscrew macaroni
1 pkg frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Generous dash nutmeg
2 Tbsp margarine or butter
1 clove garlic, minced
¾ cup milk
1/8 tsp pepper
1 can tuna, drained

Directions:

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in 10-inch (25 cm) skillet over medium heat, in hot margarine/butter, cook mixed vegetables and garlic 2 minutes, stirring often.
Add soup to skillet; stir until smooth. Gradually stir in milk. Add cheese, pepper and nutmeg; heat until cheese melts, stirring occasionally. Stir in tuna and cooked macaroni. Heat through. TIP: For a heartier cheese flavor, use sharp cheddar instead of mozzarella. Makes about 6 cups (or 4 servings.
