1 pork shoulder
1 onion, chopped
Seasoned salt
Sauce:
2 – 15 oz. cans tomato sauce
1 1/3 cups molasses
¾ cup vinegar
4-6 tsp chili powder
4 cloves garlic
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook seasoned pork shoulder and onion in slow cooker for about 8 hours. When done, pull meat apart with a fork. Combine sauce ingredients in a saucepan and boil for 2 - 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Turn down heat and simmer. Put pork back into slow cooker and add sauce.
