1 doz. eggs
mayonnaise
mustard
1/2 Kosher pickle
1/2 small red onion
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Hard cook your eggs (approx. 10 min.) and let cool to room temperature and then chill (this will help the peeling process) before you begin to assemble the eggs.

Carefully peel eggs and clean. Cut in half and remove the yolk into a bowl. Lay egg whites on a Deviled Egg plate.

Finely chop pickles and red onion and set aside.

Add mayonnaise and mustard to the yolks and mix thoroughly. Then add pickles and red onion along with salt and pepper - all to taste.

Sprinkle paprika on top.

Carefully fill egg whites with the yolk mixture.
