1 c. shortening
1/2 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. mapel extract
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. white choc. chips
1/2 c. pecan halfs
FROSTING:
1/4 c. butter
4 c. pwdr sugar
1 tsp. mapel extract
4-6 tsp. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, butter, sugar then add eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each. Beat in vanilla and mapel extract. Add flour and stir in chips. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls onto a cookie sheet and bake 8-10 minutes. Mix frosting ingredients well and frost on cooled cookies. Top with one pecan half.
