1 10 oz. pkg. frozen sliced strawberries, thawed
1 C. boiling water
1 3 oz. pkg. strawberry jello
1 C. chilled whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Drain strawberries, reserving syrup. Pour boiling water over jello; stirring until jello is dissolved. Add enough cold water to reserved syrup to make 1 cup; stir into dissolved jello. Refrigerate, stirring occasionally, until mixture mounds slightly when dropped from a spoon. In a chilled bowl, beat the whipping cream until stiff. Beat gelatin mixture until foamy. Fold in jello, whipping cream and strawberries. Pour into a 4 cup mold; refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours. Un-mold onto a serving plate. If desired, serve with sweetened whipped cream and garnish with strawberries. Serves 6-8.
