1 1/2 to 2 pounds of round steak (or any beef roast), cubed
1 onion, diced
1 package dry brown gravy mix
1 package frozen Reames noodles (or any noodle you prefer)
Directions:
Directions:
Cube meat in large chunks, cover with water, add onion and bring to a boil. Simmer for two or more hours until very tender. Mix dry gravy mix with one cup of cold water, and stir into the meat mixture. Add noodles, making sure there is enough water to cover meat and noodles*, and simmer unitl noodles are tender. Add salt and pepper as needed.

*Sauce will thicken as it cools, so make sure you have enough water to make it a gravy consistency.
