1 pkg. (3 oz.) orange Jell-O
1 cup boiling water
1 tsp. grated orange peel, optional
1/2 cup orange juice
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 cup heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Stir in peel and juices. Chill until the consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Whip cream with sugar until stiff; fold into Jell-O mixture until well blended. Spoon into individual dessert dishes, garnish with orange slice. Chill about 30 minutes.
