Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup boiling water
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs
Chocolate chips for melting

Directions:
Directions:
Set the oven at 375-degrees. Put water and butter in a saucepan. Heat until butter melts. Add the flour all at one time. Stir hard until dough forms a ball in the center of the pan. Remove from the heat and let stand 5 minutes. Add 1 egg; beat until well blended. Add 2nd egg and beat. The mixture will be very stiff. If it is not, let it stand 10 minutes before shaping. Take up by spoonfuls and arrange on a cookie sheet, 2-inches apart. Use a tablespoon for large puffs and a teaspoon for small ones. Bake until there are no beads of moisture on the puffs, about 40 minutes. If the puffs are not baked long enough they will fall. Test by taking one out of oven and if it doesn't fall, they are done. Fill with ice cream, pudding or whipped cream. Drizzle melted chocolate chips over the top of puffs after filled.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
To fill puffs cut off top third of each puff and pull out any strands of soft dough. Fill and replace top and drizzle chocolate over top.
