Crust:
2/3 cup margarine or butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups flour
2 egg yolks
1 cup chocolate chips


Filling:
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup strawberry jam
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1 tsp. shortening
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients for crust together except the chocolate chips. Press in a 13x9-inch pan. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes at 375-degrees. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with chocolate chips. Let stand about 5 minutes or until chips are soft, then carefully spread on baked layer. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until chocolate is firm. Beat cream cheese, adding sugar, vanilla and eggs until all nice. Pour over chocolate layer in pan. Bake about 30 minutes or until filling is set. Spread with strawberry jam. Melt 1/4 cup chocolate chips and 1 tsp. shortening together and drizzle over bars. Refrigerate about 3 hours. Cut into squares.
