1 (12 oz) package semisweet chocolate morsels
1/4 c butter
1(14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
2 c unsifted flour
1/2 c finely chopped nuts (optional)
1 tsp vanilla
60 milk chocolate candy kisses.

Decoration:

2 oz white chocolate baking bar
1 tsp solid vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º.

Heat semisweet chocolate pieces and butter in heavy medium-size sacuepan over very low heat, stirring until melted. Add condensed milk. Combine flour, shopped nuts if using, chocolate mixture and vanilla in medium-size bowl to make the dough.

Shape 1 level tbsp of dough around each candy kiss, enclosing completely. Arrange 1 " apart on ungreased baking sheets.

Bake in oven for 6-8 minutes. Cookies will be soft and look shiny, but will become firm as they cool. Transfer bonbons to wire rack to cool.
