1 pound of hamburger
1 medium onion, chopped
2 green peppers sliced
2 eggs
2 cups corn
4 meduim tomatoes sliced
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs

Brown meat and onion and peppers. Drain the grease; add the seasoning.

Remove from fire. Stir in eggs and mix well.

Put 1 cup of the corn into the bottom of a greased baking dish. Add 1/2 of the meat mixture; then a layer of sliced tomatoes.

Repeat the layers. Cover with bread crumbs.

Bake 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
