1/2 cup margarine or butter
1/2 cup unsweete4ned cocoa
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup buttermilk*
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup miniature marshmallow
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Lightly grease an 8-inch pan. Combine margarine and cocoa in medium pan over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from heat; stir in sugar, egg, flour, buttermilk and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Spread cocoa mixture evenly in prepared pan. Bake 25 minutes or until center feels dry. (Do not overcook.) Remove from oven; sprinkle marshmallows, walnuts and chocolate chips over top. Return to oven for 3 to 5 minutes or just until toppings are warmed enough to melt together. Cool brownies completely in pan. Cut into squares. Store tightly covered at room temperature or freeze up to 3 months.

* Substitute: You can make sour milk by adding 1 Tbsp. of vinegar or lemon juice to one cup milk. Use 1/4 cup of it for recipe.
