1 lb de bœuf haché
1 oignon moyen, haché
3 Piments forts Antonio, haché très fin
1 petite bte de sauce aux tomates
1/2 bte d'eau
Poudre d'ail au goût
Directions:
Directions:
Dans un poêlon, brunir les oignons et ajouter le bœuf et les piments hachés. Ajouter 1 petite boîte de sauce tomate et une demi boîte d'eau.
Ajouter un peu de poudre d'ail et laisser mijoter. Utiliser comme garniture sur les hot-dogs.
