1 lb. large shrimp, uncooked
4 garlic cloves, crushed
1/4 onion, sliced
1 egg
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 lime (for washing and seasoning shrimp)
Parsley or red pepper flakes (for garnishing)
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Clean shrimp then season with salt, pepper and garlic.
Add egg and flour into mixture and toss.
Set aside for 3 minutes.
Heat olive oil on medium to high heat, add onions and stir.
Cook 4 to 5 shrimps at a time in saucepan, turn over after about 3 minutes.
Cook another 4 minutes.
Drain on some paper towels on a small plate.
Repeat until all shrimp is cooked.
Garnish with parsley or red pepper flakes.
Serve with many different sauces (fish sauce, avocados, tomato, hot peppers, etc.).
