Boneless chicken breasts
16 oz Dijon mustard
1 pint sour cream
Seasoned croutons (or crushed stovetop stuffing)
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sour cream and mustard. Crush croutons and dip chicken in mustard mix. Coat all sides. Cover all side with the crushed croutons and place on a foil lined pan. Dot with butter and cover and bake for 30 minutes at 400º. Uncover and bake at 450º for 15 minutes.
