4 boneless chicken breast, cut into cubes
2 cinnamon sticks
4 tablespoons of guava jelly
1/4 cup raisins
2 tablespoons brown sugar mix with 1 tablespoon water
1/4 teaspoon molasses
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3/4 cups water
Dash of nutmeg
Sprinkle of black pepper
Pinch of salt & add a piece of real hot pepper if you can stand it

Directions:
Directions:
Season the cubed chicken with salt, pepper, garlic, herbs and set side for a few minutes.
Cook the chicken in fry pan for about 20 to 25 minutes then add vegetable oil and molasses and stir. Keep stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Heat oven to 350º F. and cook for 35 minutes, adding grated nutmeg, cinnamon sticks, raisins, guava jelly and brown sugar mixed with water.
Cook for another 15 to 20 minutes to give it a caramelized finish.
Garnish with parsley.
Cool and serve.
