2-4 chicken legs
2-3 celery stalks
1-2 onions
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1 can tomato juice
salt, pepper, parsley, garlic to taste
1 tbsp. flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown chicken in a skillet or dutch oven on all sides (sprinkle with a little salt and pepper)
2. Remove chicken - add celery, onion, garlic, and mushrooms and soften for 1-2 minutes
3. Add chicken and tomato juice and simmer for 45 - 60 minutes. Chicken is done when it is falling off the bone.
4. Thicken slightly with flour/water mixture
5. Serve over spaghetti with leg on top
