2 cups flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup butter
3/4 cup milk

Directions:

1. Sift flour, measure and sift with baking powder and salt. Blend in butter and add milk
2. Roll out on floured surface to 1/2 inch thick. Cut into round biscuits
3. Bake at 425 º for 12 - 15 minutes

Mom says "a recipe from my mom and favourite growing up. These biscuits are delicious served warm with melted butter and go great with spaghetti, lasagna, chill and much more. You never run out of buns for dinner as long as you had these basics in the house"
