4 pork chops
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. diced onions
1 c. cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 medium potatoes, sliced
1 lb. cabbage, shredded
1/4 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops in cooking oil in a heavy fry pan. Remove the browned chops from the pan and set aside. Add the onions, soup, milk, salt and pepper to the fry pan and blend well.

Place alternate layers of potatoes and cabbage in a 2 qt. casserole dish, sprinkling each layer with flour. Place the soup mixture from the fry pan on top of the layers. Place the pork chops on top of the soup mixture and cover the dish with foil or a lid. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour and 15 minutes.
