3 Tbsp. cold butter
2 Tbsp. cold shortening
1-1/4 cup flour
4 to 5 Tbsp. water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut 3 Tbsp. cold salted butter and 2 Tbsp. cold shortening into 1-1/4 cups flour until it resembles coarse meal with pea sized pieces. Gently stir 4 to 5 Tbsp. water into flour mixture until dough just comes together. Shape into a ball and refrigerate until needed. Roll out for pie crust. Double to make crust for 2 pies.
