1 cup white sugar (or sweetener equivalent)
1/2 cup baking cocoa
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt
4 cups milk
2 tbsp butter
2 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy saucepan combine dry ingredients and blend well.
Slowly add milk, stirring to combine.
Bring to a boil over a medium heat.
Stir while boiling for about 2 minutes to thicken.
Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.
Pour into a serving bowl or into individual serving bowls and chill until fully cold.

Makes 6-8 servings
