1 cup Girard's® Olde Venice Italian Dressing
1 lb. Orzo Pasta
1 pkg. (6 oz.) Baby spinach leaves
1/3 cup Sundried tomatoes packed in oil, diced
1 can (13.75 oz.) Artichoke hearts, drained, rinsed and quartered
4 oz. Feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup Toasted pine nuts
3 tbsp. Fresh chives, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook orzo according to package directions. Drain and toss with spinach leaves (the heat from the pasta will wilt the spinach). In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss and serve.
