Fresh picked sweet corn, shucked and cleaned of silk
Water, milk optional
Salt, pepper, & butter to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In an extra large stock pot, bring water (and milk-optional)to boiling, add ears of sweet corn, cover. Bring to a boil again, uncover, and boil 3 minutes. Remove immediately from pot and place in sink of ice water. Remove when chilled and cut corn off cob. Place in freezer bags according to family size. Freeze in single layers in deep freezer. To prepare: Heat in a small amount of water just until hot, drain and serve.
