4 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp seasoned salt
4- 3/4 in thick pork center loin chops
2 tbsp garlic butter
4 tsp crushed garlic
1/2 cup diced onions
2 tbsp chopped green chiles
1 15 oz can peach halves in syrup- undrained
1-2oz bag of pecan pieces (1/2 cup)

1. Place cornstarch and seasoned salt in a large zip-lock bag and shake to mix. Preheat large skillet on medium high 2-3 minutes. Place pork chops in bag, seal tightly and shake to coat.
2. Place garlic butter in pan and swirl to coat. Add pork chops and cook 5 minutes turning occasionally.
3. Add crushed garlic, chopped onions, and chopped green chilies. Turn chops and cook another 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Stir in peaches, including syrup and pecans. Reduce to medium heat heat and cook another 3-4 minutes stirring occasionally or until temperature of pork is 160 degrees (for medium). Use a meat thermometer to accurately insure doneness. Serve peaches and sauce over pork chops.

540 calories per 1/4 recipe. This is a recipe I found on a grocery store hand-out. It is really delicious, quick and easy. I served it with asparagus and baked sweet potatoes. Great combination!
